Have you ever wondered how much application potential is (hidden) in your research? Then this workshop is just right for you. Together with fellow PhD students and postdocs, we will take you on a journey from your research results to possible use cases. We will introduce methods and tools to transfer your scientific knowledge to application areas, even for early stages research projects.
Content
Your Research Canvas
- Reflection about the potential of one’s own research topic/idea
- Assessing potential through identifying users/stakeholders
- Developing or extending potential use cases based on one’s research & network
Ideation
- Understanding a problem as a basis for innovative ideation
- Getting to know different brainstorming methods and test them
- Generating, evaluating, and selecting ideas
Location
This workshop takes place online. We will work collaboratively on the online whiteboard Miro during this workshop.
