Alumni Talk: Marwa Shumo – Personal Branding for Scientists

Do you often ask yourself why you should brand yourself if you are a scientist? Do you find it difficult to adapt to the new challenges of society that require self-branding even from scientists? Does it make you nervous even just to think about pitching your research results? In the upcoming Alumni Talk with Dr. agr. Marwa Shumo, Falling Walls Foundation Lab Alumna, Female Science Talents Fellow, and postdoc at Leibniz-Institut für Agrartechnik und Bioökonomie e.V. (ATB), we will explore the possibility of creating a personal brand for our participants by diving deeper into the participants values, aims and target audience. In addition, we will explore ice breakers, themes picking and online footprints and presence.
