It’s been a while since you last heard from us, and indeed so much has happened behind the curtains of YES. Of course, we had a well-deserved winter break to recharge. Now, we’re having a good start to the arising spring. Most importantly, we found new inspiration to continue with what we do best—supporting early career researchers in discovering their innovative potential. This article will reveal what new opportunities we’re cooking up for you!

Our workshops

First and foremost, we are committed to keeping our workshop offers fresh with topics that reflect your needs. The latest additions to our portfolio are “Storytelling”, enabling you to narrate the best pitching stories for your entrepreneurial idea, and “Navigating Conflict”, because teamwork makes the dream work! Whoever has worked in a team before knows that conflicts will arise, and we need to learn how to overcome and deal with them. Furthermore, we want to foster diversity in Entrepreneurship and will add more offers with FLINTA* content in autumn. We are still not living in an equal world; women do not have the same chances as men. We strive to uplift underrepresented researchers in science and create a space for connections. What might be the best change for all our (future) participants: We’ve opened our programme to advanced master’s students! It is never too early to start up your idea. Extension of our programme

We are extending our training offers by two more programmes for our alumni and partners! We want to enable our community to engage more sustainably and want our best alumni to keep building on that momentum, excitement, and creative spark you experienced in the YES workshops. For this reason, we are developing the Top-Talents-Track. This is a three-month-long hybrid programme of peer-group exchanges, practical tips, networking, matching and mentoring.
